Inspect your dolls frequently for any hint of bug damage. Temperature. The plastic in dolls can become misshapen in heat, while ceramic and papier mache dolls can crack. You can show your collectible dolls to chemicals, particularly acidic chemicals, without you knowing. The acid can come from the polish of the wooden cupboard you have stored your dolls in or from the card of your doll box. Keeping your dolls well and stopping them from being damaged is straightforward enough to do, but it'll make them last for the future years.
